Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened candy products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and contents
- Email us at info@kandylover.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number in the subject line
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your box may already be in packing. Contact us immediately at info@kandylover.com.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days back to your original payment method.
